Manifesting Frictionless, Self Generating, Autonomous Relationships

There are twelve lessons that are at the core of creating conscious relationships. These 12 lessons stand behind our attractions and organize the connection to what motivates us. This is how we can learn how to choose people who are more aligned to us to promote growth. These lessons are also the basis of the relationship skills that awaken different ways to connect to people. Higher Alignment simplifies these lessons, even though we could write a book about each one. These lessons are the integration framework, activated sequentially step-by-step, to reach full embodiment. The first three levels of relationships teach us to refine our perceptions and see the world as it is. The fourth level integrates the previous levels so that Life, Light and Love are inherent in the way we respond. This accomplishment makes us conscious co-creators with others. The more we embody these lessons, the more capacity we have to meet others consciously.

With experience, we are able to facilitate and minimize any conflict. When others are conscious of these same processes, we can mutually engage them to work out problems that arise. These Light, and Love energies. We do this by using the tools of Motives, Attractions, Relationship Skills, and Compatibility Factors, to clearly define the potential and even predict the actual issues and opportunities in any relationship. The more that individuals have embodied these lessons, the more fluid and flexible they are in manifesting conscious, co-creative relationships. Higher Alignment reveals what we need to know to create easy, co-creative relationship partners. Underlying these lessons are calibration structures where we learn what type of partners would be best for us. We summarize these findings in this class, which we call the Lessons Program.

We learn in our relationships how to be committed to something that is bigger than the relationship. This becomes the focal point for creating a larger common neutral ground where our mutual creativity can flourish. Each of the twelve steps reveals a technology based on the experience of thousands of partnerships. This discussion reflects what people need to know to work together with each other effectively. It highlights the framework of Motives, Attractions, Relationship Skills, and how these connect to compatibility factors. We learn not only what to do, but how what we are doing maximizes the responsiveness of others, allowing us to be seen. Co-creative relationships means choosing partners based on authentic affinity rather than needs, associations, and false beliefs driven by dualistic co-dependent attractions.

This class requires a degree of self-awareness and the capacity to create a common neutral ground so we will be able to do the processes with partners on demand. It provides insights into areas of disagreement and non-alignment that cause major relationship problems. There are four major breakthroughs that change the way we relate to others: 1) breaking parental conditioning; 2) eliminating defensive thinking; 3) Going beyond personality self-importance; 4) Embracing our creative nature. This program is the most concise information- packed prescription for creating conscious relationships ever produced. This course guides us to expand our perceptions so we are no longer actors, performers, or dreamers about relationships. What we want most of all is to co-create with partners in an equal relationship. This requires embracing and honoring our personal Life, Light, and Love energies to express who we are authentically, so we attract partners who can be aligned with us. Ultimately, it is about making choices about whom to love, so we have the kind of support we want. While many people pursue pleasure, defensive power, and passion to no avail, conscious co-creators embody their creative gifts and operate abundantly to contribute to the world.
