We discuss the inspirational source of the Seven Creative Expressions that we know as Djwhal Khul and the Seven Rays. Djwhal Khul is attributed as the source behind the Alice Bailey material. With this as a starting point, we talk about the nature of the Seven Expressions, or Rays as known in the Bailey work, and how they manifest and show up in everyday life. Dr. Lindsay Moore will provide an overview of the philosophy of Rays in all walks of life.
Larry will discuss his experience of how the Rays impact relationship patterns in our lives. He will also provide a practical framework for identifying each Ray Expression and the underlying dualities of each. We believe this will allow us to deepen into the various differences of expression so that the larger unity can be appreciated. It guides our choices in life work, relationships, and who we are in the community. It is the first time that we have offered a class on the explicit goal of Higher Alignment work.
This topic is for advanced students who want to understand the Alice Bailey perspective on Personality Integration. It is the third in the Alice Bailey series and the Foundations of Higher Alignment. This event features Dr. Lindsay Moore. Personality Integration is the unification of our personality with our Creative Being. It is also a stage of WorldView where we become more empowered to operate from a sense of purpose. Personality Integration is often thought of as transpersonal because we leave the things relating to our personality behind. Some would say we become more impersonal, but actually, it is a sign of a greater commitment to service. To function on this level, we need to have gone through both the Creative Centralization process, where we define everything in terms of our Primary Creative Expression, and then the Decentralization process, where we see in others a direct expansion of who we are.
In addition to the theoretical framework of how we use economy, attraction and synthesis to accomplish Personality Integration, Higher Alignment measures this process in particular ways. First, how is the combination of masculine and feminine energies being expressed authentically and in balance? Second, to what degree have we embodied our masculine and feminine so that they flow as one? In both of these approaches, we have formulas that we use with other compatibility factors that create a scale of 1 to 7 for each of these factors.
What we are seeking is the highest level of Personality Integration, which is expressed by the lowest numbers. Most people do not realize that Personality Integration is the evolutionary goal of every human being because it is the point where we truly stand on our own and create new possibilities, not just for us, but for humanity as well. When we complete Personality Integration, we go directly into World Service, which is the highest level of evolution on the planet. With Personality Integration, relationships are easy, flowing and self-evident in their contributions to the world, and we do not limit our capacity to contribute because everything is about progressing beyond the programming of our childhood. This is how we expand ourselves on a higher level. Personality Integration actually reflects that we are no longer trapped by defensive issues or distinguish ourselves as being separate. Join us in mapping out what this requires because eventually, we all come to this point in our evolution.
This presentation on the Technique of Soul Fusion will introduce advanced teachings about the nature of the self and the qualities of personhood that are necessary to increase our level of spiritual awakening, to evoke the creative imagination, and to live an inspired life.
In our previous presentations on the teachings of Alice Bailey, Djwhal Khul and Esoteric Psychology, we have laid a general foundation for the field of esoteric psychology. Specifically, in our last talk we presented the Technique of Personality Integration, and explained that personality integration is the first of two techniques or psychological practices that effect both: 1) The integration of the personality, and 2) The integration of that personality with the higher self, or soul.
These techniques are presented in Esoteric Psychology as another in a series of alignments and integrations leading to the highest development of the Self. The work of soul fusion begins with a proper understanding and appreciation of the personality and its role in being a compete human being.
In many spiritual teachings from the past the personality has been considered to be a lower and less desirable self, and something to be overcome. In esoteric psychology, the personality, in its highest respects, is that which is fused with the soul to create a well-integrated state of being. The highest aspects of the personality, its virtues and character, its beauty as a person, and its cogency as a being in the world all become fused with the integrating Self to form a unitary whole.
It is the personality that is in the world, and it is the soul that is the inner being of that person. Thus, the personality plays an essential ongoing role in the make-up of the Self. The work herein described as soul fusion, is the work of transmutation that melds our inner and outer selves into one unitary being. The personality is the expression of the soul in the world.

Join Dr. Lindsay Moore for the next installment about Personality Integration. At the culmination of the teachings about personality integration, the Tibetan introduces a set of "Soul Rules" that can help us to see the spiritual significance of personal growth and why we pursue it.
Higher Alignment operates on the premise that there are seven creative archetypes that operate on three levels of our Being. We summarize consciousness as moving through seven stages, the sixth of which is called Personality Integration. Much of the Alice Bailey work is about what we can do to facilitate our preparation for these world-changing perceptions. Dr. Lindsay Moore is our primary Bailey resource, which is one of the sources of the Higher Alignment perspective. This discussion is not for everyone, rather, those individuals who are called to it. At its core, it is about affirming who we are as Creative Beings and accepting our mission to be of service. It is about clearing out the obstacles to being a full contributor in the world.
Esoteric Psychology
The last presentation in this series, introduced the concept of SoulFusion and the 7 individual ray techniques used by the soul, or primary, to integrate and fuse with the personality, or secondary, to create a higher state of personal evolution.
This seminar continues these teachings by presenting the "Seven Rules of Soul Control," a further teaching about the spiritual psychology of the soul and the way the inner spiritual vision of truth, the imagination, and the ability to live a creative life work together to bring about personal growth and full personality integration. These "Rules" should be of interest to those who want to grow and serve by the way they live in the world. They are: 1) With personality integration the awakened soul turns its attention to growth and becoming, and what great acts of service it can contribute to the world; 2) This new integrated stage of development naturally expresses itself through creativity and service; 3) The integration of the personality results in an inner awakening and a calling to do something that is worthwhile on the world stage; 4) Each more integrated stage of growth results in a greater understanding of what is truly important in life; 5) At the highest level, the Soul Rules actually disclose the psychology of the soul of God, or the Being within which "we live and move and have our being; 6) The Soul Rules reveal the highest purposes in life and how we may attune ourselves to the very purposes of the Planetary Logos and bring about a great planetary spiritual transformation; 7) Thus "...the ascending energy of [humanity] can...be brought into such close rapport with the descending energy of spirit that another great expression...of Deity may emerge through man into manifestation..."
While the earlier class focused on how soul fusion is accomplished by each individual ray type, these further teachings on the 7 Soul Rules show the kind of life we need to be living to effect integration and fusion. More fully integrating the personality and the soul in our daily life opens the doors to becoming more aware of the Monad, the individual call or destiny within our being, and how to realize that destiny meaningfully in relationships and the world.
