Compassionates Inspire
Compassionates (Servers) refine aspirations.
Compassionates, when they are growing, are always repackaging their own lessons so they can support others in a loving way. Their deepest aspiration is to be supportive and teach others to love themselves more fully. They attempt to do this in an inconspicuous way (where they are just part of the group) and not leading it. Unfortunately, they are often frustrated in this aspiration because other people see Compassionates as loving themselves more than others do (which is associated as being an actualized leader of other people). As a result, they are often pushed into leadership or managerial positions they do not actually want. The key issue is that they do not want to be responsible for taking care of others or making decisions for them. Their constituents do not see the problem because they trust Compassionates sometimes more than Compassionates trust themselves. Compassionates want to empower individuals rather than wanting to manage them.
Compassionates Manifest
Unevolved Compassionates control and manipulate, when evolved they hold space and do not violate others’ choices.
While Goodness is one of the main focus points in the expression of Compassionates, some believe they should control or manipulate others for the greater good. When this occurs, these unevolved Compassionates are unconsciously separative and selfish and rationalize hurting others as a way of waking them up. The belief that they are helping others by imposing tough love upon them reflects their own faulty wiring because they were not loved as children. Evolved Servers see the value in some selfishness but demonstrate the capacity to consciously sacrifice themselves for improved outcomes, both personally and in groups. The best indicators or an evolved expression are inner peacefulness, self trust and patience. Evolved Compassionates take the high road by allowing the best possible outcomes to emerge.
Compassionates Are Loving
Compassionates recreate and love others’ in contextually persuasive ways.
Evolved Compassionates are able to support and ground others in a way that helps them to love themselves. This makes them extremely persuasive because they speak from our foundational needs. When Compassionates understand this, they become masters at using Common Ground to help others organise themselves in ways which are self sustaining. This also makes them exceptional teachers because they are never tied down to Content as a way to learn. Instead, they are contextual thinkers where, through their creative interactions with students, they help establish common interactions for exchanging Thoughts. What Compassionates accomplish is to create a larger understanding of how to work together rather than use the baseline neutrality which Investigators focus on. What Compassionates do, which is similar, however, is to create the possibility of peacefulness in all communications.
