Loving Our Creative Self

Expanding Our Ability To ‘Get’ Creativity

There are seven levels of actualization to focus on to comprehend our creative greatness. The more we can accept ourselves on each level, the greater depth we will have in seeing our Authentic Life Expression and how others can expand our creative possibilities. Our Beauty, Truth, and Goodness becomes a loving experience where we begin to understand how to best interact with others to fulfill our own contributions. These seven levels of actualization become stepping stones for an embodied way of being creative with others. The first two levels are where we confront fears and rise above self-objectification to clarify our Intent. The second two levels are where we confront desire and rise above self-subjectification to clarify our Truth. Finally, the last three levels are where we establish Right Relationship with others by neutralizing any idealization. We then experience greater creative flow within ourselves and are prepared to contribute to others.

Creative Integration

7 Creative Expressions On 3 Levels

Our Primary Creative Expression is how we actualize ourselves and become fulfilled by making our contribution. Not everyone reaches this level. Our Secondary Creative Expression helps motivate us to be successful and build a sense of personal security. Our Mental Body Expression helps us to differentiate and protect ourselves in our family. Ultimately, our goal is to integrate our three Intelligences into one Creative Self. This means seeing how the differences between the three expressions can be resolved under the umbrella of our Primary Creative Expression. We begin development with our Mental Body during childhood, progressing to our Secondary as we engage the world. A mid-life crisis is an indicator we are attempting to move from our Secondary to our Primary Creative Expression. Usually this is the result of wanting more fulfillment by making a more, unique contribution by expressing our Creative Gifts.

Creative Unification

Each Step Towards Unification Increases Resourcefulness And Decreases Tension

Our Creative Gifts emerge when we accept our true nature. It is important to remember it is the presence of our Creative Being that shifts problems into addressable opportunities. While all growth requires some effort, our capacity to attract what we need to solve a problem is infinite. This means the more we unify our Creative Nature, the more our genius emerges about how to address an issue. The seven steps can also be broken down into the lower four with the top three. The lower four work to integrate our Personality with our Primary Creative Expression. By creating our own Safety and Security, these issues become more about coordinating our creativity to the creativity of those around us. The fifth step, where we centralize our Self in terms of our Primary Creative Expression is the great turning point where our gifts begin to manifest. The next two steps deal with creative integration with others and the Universe.

Comparing & Contrasting

Each Creative Expression Has Certain Behaviors and Impulses

Behind each Creative Expression is a motivation expressed as certain behaviors and impulses. These become foundational beliefs about how things are organized, that produce unique patterns we use to work through problems. As we enlarge our perspective, or Context, regarding our Primary Expression, we subsume our Secondary and Mental Body into our Primary. This makes it possible for us to develop more sophisticated ways of dealing with different levels of activities. For example, a Patterning (StoryTeller), Intentional (Implementer), Investigative (Investigator), the StoryTeller, when actualized, will pattern the (Implementer) and (Investigator) to serve its understanding about how to best deal with people. This means the blunt force of the Intentional (Implementer) Intelligence and the Intellectual curiosity of the Investigator Intelligence will be moderated as it is incorporated under the Primary Expression.

Seven Steps To Wholeness

Each Creative Expression Needs To Be Activated To Become Fully Operational

Due to parental imprinting there is great confusion, Attachments, Projections and false Positions about how we should be creative. Depending on the relationships with our parents, we could be avoiding, ignoring or denying the aspects of ourselves that could be the most fulfilling. When this occurs, we externalize Safety and Security concerns as Personality Fears, Desires and Needs. These distract us from doing what we can to naturally develop. To recover our Creative Nature we need to focus on the natural skills and gifts of our Primary Creative Expression. Each Creative Intelligence has its own natural growth process that can be summarized in seven steps. We discuss each level as the summary of a principle, process and actualization of a skill. In this class we will engage these skills to determine where each person is either manifesting their creativity or limiting the expression of it.
