Visionaries (Priests) Uplift People

The gift of Visionary intelligence is the ability to source an inclusive motivational framework that moves everyone in the same direction. Visionaries are natural leaders who relate to others through an emotional connection that inspires their constituents. This common aspiration links individuals with different skills, interests, and ways of doing things that the Visionary brings together.

Their key gift is the ability to translate their aspirations into opportunities for others to participate. They also create a common ground where everyone can agree about the goal they wish to accomplish as a group. In addition, they maintain the integrity of the vision and makes sure everyone aligns with the agreed-upon outcome. What supports them is their intuitive knowing about who is motivated and to what degree each person is committed to the outcome. To avoid competition, some Visionaries create groups with fewer Visionary participants or delegate to other Visionaries.

Visionary Abundance

Visionaries (Priests) Create Abundance By Learning How To Trust

When Visionaries become conscious, they recognize the scarcity of their personality programming. This can further be confirmed by their unwillingness to share their insights or work in a cooperative way with others. These are both indicators that the Visionary in question is operating at an actualization level of 3 or lower. As soon as Visionaries move into Level 4, they operate with a greater sense of wholeness and capacity to take into account the needs of others around them. This challenges any remaining areas of contraction or fear, and they begin to trust their own creative process.

The key issue is to learn how to create with others without controlling the process. What shifts is the internal perspective that being more means interacting and learning with others. Instead of fixating on personal performance, we learn how to invest in others that creates a greater abundance for all.
