Learn To Accept Your Creative Greatness

Higher Alignment and the coaching group will attract people who are ready to honor their creativity and contribute to the world. We will do this in articles, classes and coaching support. Overall, we will identify congregations of different creative energies and invite them to creatively validate themselves in a small survey that produces custom reports about their greatness. We will have caveats and suggest that the report may be an idealized version of themselves, and that we need to verify this through a creative assessment. Using itemized tools and a pre-programmed database, we guide the client to accepting themselves fully. During this process we maintain a connection and, after the assessment, we suggest the best guide for them (a coach). Each coach will have a script that reflects their own process of growing and becoming masterful in relationships.

Each Type Of Relationship Has Limitations

Coaches have value to constituents because they see and embrace reality as it is. Clients come to us because their distortions have prevented being able to see a way out of their dilemmas. The first three levels of relationship (Instinctive, Intellectual and Idealized) interact to compound the problems clients see. When a coach holds a CNG it allows their clients to unpack these distortions. The coach becomes a source of healing for Objectification, Subjectification and Idealization patterns. During this process, the coach suggests and encourages the client to take ownership of their creative contributions and how they want their relationships to operate. It is always up to the individual how much they engage, process and manifest. Clients come back to a coach when trust is established and their truth is seen. If a coach has not healed him or her self (of the three distortions), it makes it difficult for clients to receive any benefit.

Coaches Serve By Facilitating Alignment

The more coaches knows themselves creatively, the more effective they are in relationship. Their Intent, Content and Context define the quality of their relationships. While it is important to recognize that each relationship reflects the best and worst of each individual, conscious individuals can hold greater space and embody their creative expressions to have more influence. This is the source of a coach’s capacity to serve others. It also reflects that each coach manifests their ability to be an extraordinary coach because of the constituents they attract and the actualization of their Primary Creative Expression. This internal orientation based on their expressions and their experiences in relationships is what makes alignment real. It is likely that their way of approaching relationships will inspire their clients. This creates the opening for a transmission of opportunities.
